The name of the tournament is AMA Tour 2008.

The tournament is held at Kvinesdal og Omegn Golfklubb from 07 June 2008 at 09:00 to 08 June 2008 at 12:00.

Registration starts the 08 May 2008 at 00:00.
Registration deadline is on the 03 June 2008 at 12:00.

Tournament fee consist of membership.
  • For all players, which have the following status club member, is tournament fee 200 NOK.
  • For all players, which have the following status not club member, is tournament fee 900 NOK.


The tournament is a individual tournament.

There will be played in 2 groups divided by gender, player status and handicap.
  • The group with the name "A" is to men with handicap between 0.0 and 18.0, regardless of player status.
  • The group with the name "B" is to ladies with handicap between 0.0 and 18.0, regardless of player status.


The tournament is an open tournament.

Max. number of players are divided by gender.
  • For ladies, is the number 12.
  • For men, is the number 60.


The tournament has a waiting list sorted after lowest handicap.

The tournament has handicap limitations divided by gender.
  • For ladies then handicap not higher than 18.0.
  • For men then handicap not higher than 18.0.


There will be played 2 rounds.
  • Round 1 played on the 07 June 2008.
  • Round 2 played on the 08 June 2008.


There will be played on the course 18-hullsbanen Utsikten.

There will be played strokeplay without handicap over 36 holes.

Playing with a maximum handicap allowance of 18.0.

There will be played from different tees used for gender.
  • All ladies must be played from red tee.
  • All men must be played from white tee.


With a tied result the positions are decided after last 18, last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.

Tied 1st. place determined by sudden death playoff.

    Cut will be used
  • The group "A" have cut by the 50 best + equal after round 1.


      • Competition Stableford Adjustment is used.

      AMA Touren er kvalifisering for 2 spillere til å spille P4 tour på Hauger GK 20/6-22/6

      Spillerne må selv sørge for påmelding til P4 Tour!!!!!!

      Turneringen spilles over 2 dager med cut. Cuten går på 40 for herrer, ingen cut for damer.

      Arrangørklubben kan disponere 1/3 av plassene.

      Spillerne skal registrere seg i turneringssekretariatet senest 30 min før start.
      Ved registreing skal gyldig originalt HCP kort for sesongen 2008 fremlegges.

      Startkontigent kr. 900,- betales av hver deltager i sekretariatet ved registrering. Spillere som uteblir fra start, kan avkreves startkontigent.
      Startkontigent kr. 700,- for medlemmer uten andel.

      Innspill må bestilles og er inkludert i kontigenten.
