Ved uavgjort etter 18 hull spilles sudden death på hull 10 - 11 - 18 - 10 osv

Runder: Når det ovenfor står spilles så betyr at runden starter denne dato og har siste frist kl 1800 dagen før neste runde starter.

• Kvartfinaler må være spilt senest 12. september
• Semifinaler spilles 14. september fra kl 1500 (fast tid)
• Finale og bronsefinale spilles den 20. september fra kl 0900 (fast tid)
