Ved skade kan man bytte partner én (1) gang i løpet av turneringen (mellom runder).

Runde 2 spilles senest den 22. juni 2008.
Kvartfinaler spilles senest den 3. august 2008.
Semifinaler spilles senest den 24. august 2008.
Finale spilles senest den 13. september 2008.
