Tournament fee consist of age. - For all players, if age is between 19 and 99 year, is tournament fee 150 NOK.
- For all players, if age is between 0 and 18 year, is tournament fee 75 NOK.

There will be played in 4 groups divided by handicap. - The group with the name "Klasse 1" is to all players with handicap not more than 13.0.
- The group with the name "Klasse 2" is to all players with handicap between 13.1 and 19.0.
- The group with the name "Klasse 3" is to all players with handicap between 19.1 and 27.0.
- The group with the name "Klasse 4" is to all players with handicap between 27.1 and 36.0.
The tournament is an open tournament.
1st round will be played 21 May 2009.
There will be played on the course Arendal & Omegn GK.

There will be played from different tees used for gender. - All ladies must be played from red tee.
- All men must be played from yellow tee.
With a tied result the positions are decided after lowest playing handicap, last 18, last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.
