There will be played in 3 pair groups divided by handicap.
  • The group with the name "A" is to all pairs with handicap between +5.0 and 25.9.
  • The group with the name "B" is to all pairs with handicap between 26.0 and 50.0.
  • The group with the name "C" is to all pairs with handicap not less than 50.0.

The tournament is an open tournament.

Max. number of pairs are 24.

The tournament has a waiting list sorted after lowest total pair handicap.

The tournament has handicap limitations divided by gender.
  • For ladies then handicap not higher than 98.0.
  • For men then handicap not higher than 98.0.


1st round will be played 03 July 2009.

There will be played on the course Sotra Golfpark vinter.

The group "A" player four-ball strokeplay.
The group "B" player four-ball stableford.
The group "C" player four-ball stableford.

There will be played with 3/4 phcp.

There will be played over 18 holes.

Playing with a maximum handicap allowance of 36.0.

There will be played from different tees used for gender.
  • All ladies must be played from red tee.
  • All men must be played from yellow tee.


Decision if equal score has different settings per group.
  • For all groups winner if equal score determined by lowest playing handicap, last 18, last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.


Turneringen starter med shotgun fredag 03.juli kl. 17.30. Fremmøte senest 17.00

Deltakere må være fylt 13 år før 8.oktober 2009.

Informasjon til spillerne – Landsfinale for 72 spillere i St. Andrews 9-11. Oktober

DN Golfen spilles rundt 90 klubber i Norge fra helgen starten av Mai og frem til første helgen i September. Det er mulig å delta i alle ”åpne” klubbturneringer i hele Norge dersom det er ønskelig.
Dersom spillerne ikke kvalifiserer seg til regionsfinale i sitt første forsøk i hjemmeklubb eller på besøk i annen klubb, gis det mulighet til flere forsøk på andre klubber.
Spillerne kan bytte partner 1-en gang mellom klubb- og regionsturnering eller regions- og landsfinale.
I et nytt forsøk kan man også velge ny partner.
Når man har kvalifisert seg til regionsfinale og meldt seg opp for spill, kan en ikke kvalifisere seg i ny klubbturnering med ny spiller. Dersom en i første omgang kvalifiserte seg til regionsfinale, men av en grunn ikke kan delta med opprinnelig partner, gis det mulighet til ny sjanse med annen spiller.
