Kvalifisering til turneringen baserer seg på fire kategorier:

Kategori 1: Hjemmeklubb
Arrangørklubben disponerer 1/3 av plassene i startfeltet til spillere som har
arrangørklubben som hjemmeklubb.
Kategori 2: Eldre juniorer
Inntil 1/3 av plassene i startfeltet skal forbeholdes spillere 20-21 år. I denne kategorien rangeres spillerne basert på hcp ved påmeldingsfristens utløp.
Kategori 3: Handicap
Resten av plassene går til spillere som ikke hører til noen av de tre nevnte kategorier rangert etter handicap på påmeldingsfristens utløp..

*Golf Tour Hordaland forbeholder seg retten til å sette av minst 2/5 av startfeltet med hjemmeklubb i Hordaland.

Hele starfeltet spiller 36 hull, uten cut.

Dokumentasjon av handicap
Samtlige spillere må før start i turneringen dokumentere sitt handicap for
startberettigelse. Gyldig dokumentasjon av handicap er: utskrift fra hjemmeklubbens handicapregister som er maksimalt syv dager gammelt eller ved registrering av NGFs Golfkort i terminal.
Spillere som ikke kan dokumentere sitt handicap skal nektes start. Dette gjelder både amatører og profesjonelle.

NB! Det er spillerens ansvar å registrere handicaptellende turneringsrunder. Se
NGFs handicapbestemmelser punkt 5.6.

GTH har 1 kvalifiseringsplass/wild cards til Norgescup på Miklagard GK 3. og 4. juli.

Golf Tour Hordaland tar forbehold om endringer i hcp grense.

Dersom det skal spilles sudden death om 1. plass skal det først spilles på hull 17, deretter hull 18, deretter hull 17, osv, osv.

Ved "No Show" blir startkontingent etterfakturert og spiller innrapportert til NGF.
